We will cover standard shipping costs for ALL purchase you make on the Inner Code website anywhere in the UK. All purchases are shipped using the fastest shipping option to your location.
Express Post Shipping is available at the checkout for a flat rate UK£10 shipping fee.
All orders are generally dispatched the same business day (once payment is received) if ordered before 2pm, or the next business day if ordered after 2pm. Orders are shipped using the fastest shipping option to your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as long as you have provided an email address with your order.
New Shipping Insurance Cover:
Due to ongoing – and increasing – delivery issues (lost, stolen, and/or damaged), we have implemented Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is only available on items shipped to the UK at this stage.
In your cart, you will now see a Shipping Insurance section that protects your shipment, for a small fee of UK£2.25.
You can opt-out of this insurance of course; however, we strongly recommend this be taken up.
Please understand: if your parcel is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, we may not be able to resend without further payment. If you accept the Shipping Insurance, your parcel is fully protected and in the event of any of the above issues, will be resent to you immediately.
To claim against the insurance, please contact us immediately, at support@innercode.co.uk informing us of the lost, stolen, and/or damaged parcel.

International Orders and Shipping Now Available
The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle ships world-wide. All International Shipping uses the fastest International Shipping available and incurs a flat, UK£10 Shipping fee (unfortunately, Covid-19 has increased international shipping costs, and they still remain high as of December 2024). Alternatively, Express International is available for a set UK£20 Shipping fee.
All international orders are exempt from VAT.
